The little soft zip-up pack that holds mouth pieces measures about 4. The model number on base is WP 270W 305w. The base measures about 4 x 5 see in pictures.

Its a miniature of the regular Waterpik water flosser that is supposed to be used for travel. I have never used this mini one and it is still in the box. This mini sized travel water flosser came with the regular one.
